All pieces are made-to-order due to the handmade nature. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks production prior to dispatch.
Items will be shipped once payment for the order has been cleared.
All orders are shipped via Hong Kong Post (domestic) or Hong Kong Speedpost (international) with tracking.
We ship to the shipping address provided by you. We are not responsible for missing or lost orders due to incorrect shipping address provided.
All HK orders will be shipped via Hong Kong post and will take 2-3 business days for delivery. All orders are trackable and this service is free of charge.
All International orders are shipped via Hong Kong Speedpost. This service aims to deliver within 2 weeks, but can take up to 3-4 weeks depending on if (and how long) a package is held at customs. Please note this does not include production time.

Please note NOMERA jewellery is not responsible for customs fees and taxes charged upon arrival at their destination.
Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any delays occurring due to the carrier, incorrect shipping address and damages that occur during shipment.
We accept Debit and Credit Cards as well as payments via Paypal. It is also possible to pay via Credit Card using the Paypal system.
All prices are in Hong Kong Dollars and charged in Hong Kong Dollars. The exact exchange rate that you will pay is determined by the bank that issued your credit card.
Please note any duties or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Each piece is handcrafted, any natural variation which occurs is considered unique and characteristic of the craftsmanship used in the making process. We are not responsible for variations in colour due to wear and tear.
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on earrings.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we can offer a full refund or exchange provided it is sent back within 14 days of receipt and as long as the items are returned in the same condition they arrived in (in original packaging with all tags attached).
Please note we do not refund shipping cost.
If items are to be refunded or exchanged please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item stating why you would like a refund or exchange.
