CAN I CHOOSE FROM METAL, COLOURS AND SIZES?

All pieces that have variations in metal colour and size will have a drop down menu once the product is clicked on from the main shop page.  For products that have these variations, you will need to select your choice before adding it to your cart. If you require a ring in a size not stated in the drop box then please contact me.

I DON'T KNOW WHICH RING SIZE TO ORDER, HOW CAN I FIND OUT MY SIZE?

You can find out your ring size by measuring the internal diameter of an existing ring that you have. The internal diameter measurement can be taken from the inner edges of the ring.  Please do not measure from the outside edges.  Or you can use this free printable ring size guide to determine your size.

I'VE ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE, HOW CAN I GET THE CORRECT SIZE?

As all of the pieces are made to order, it is important to be sure of the correct ring size before purchase.
However, if the wrong ring size is ordered and I have the correct size in stock I can offer you an exchange if the original ring has not been worn and is in it's original condition.  If I don't have your correct size in stock, depending on the ring I may be able to adjust the size for a small fee.  Please contact me here if further help is required.
