All pieces are made-to-order due to the hand crafted nature with love and care. Please note, by making a purchase from NOMERA Jewellery, you are accepting to comply with these terms and conditions before making a purchase. All packages are shipped to the address provided by you.

Please understand that NOMERA Jewellery cannot be held responsible for any delays occurring due to the carrier, incorrect shipping address and damages that occur during shipment. Any loss or damage compensation is covered in the post & packaging fee and can be refunded if necessary.

Please note NOMERA jewellery is not responsible for customs fees and taxes charged upon arrival at their destination.

UK Shipping

Via Royal Mail Special Delivery which guarantees next day delivery by 1pm (full tracking and signature required). Prices range from approx £6-10 depending on size and weight of package.

EU Shipping

All EU orders will be shipped using Royal Mail international tracked and signed. Royal Mail aims to deliver within 3-5 working days, but could take longer depending on if (and how long) a package is held at customs. Please note this does not include production time.

Prices are determined on where your order is being shipped to (this will be shown at check out).

For packages crossing international borders, you are responsible for any duties and taxes incurred, please be aware that this also includes EU countries after Brexit.

International Shipping

All international orders (outside the EU) will be shipped using Royal Mail international tracked and signed. Royal Mail aims to deliver within 5-7 working days, but could take longer depending on if (and how long) a package is held at customs. Please note this does not include production time. All orders are trackable within the UK and will require a signature upon delivery.

Express Delivery

If a faster delivery is required and the ordered piece is in stock we may be able to arrange express delivery to you via a private courier.  Please contact me here should you wish to arrange this service. Rates and delivery times for this service may vary.

Payment

We accept Debit/Credit Cards as well as payments via Paypal. All payments are secure on this website and all prices are in GBP (£).  Please note that any duties or taxes incurred after shipping are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refund Policy

Each piece is handcrafted, any natural variation which occurs is considered unique and characteristic of the craftsmanship used in the making process. We are not responsible for variations in colour due to wear and tear.
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on earrings.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we can offer a full refund or exchange provided it is sent back within 14 days of receipt and as long as the items are returned in the same condition they arrived in (in original packaging with all tags attached).
Please note we do not refund any shipping cost.
We recommend you return using a trackable and insured service.

Packaging

For each order we ensure that your jewellery is packaged to arrive safely, in perfect condition.  NOMERA Jewellery pieces come nicely displayed in their own storage box or pouch within a postage box and envelope.

Privacy Policy

Information and data submitted through this website is private. We won't share your email address or personal info with anyone apart from the courier being used to deliver your package.
